Social Skills Group Program

Play. Move. Connect. Grow.

Our Social Skills Groups are designed to help children build meaningful connections, confidence, and emotional awareness in a supportive, play-based environment.

Through movement, games, and real-life social practice, children learn how to join play, take turns, communicate effectively, and manage big emotions. Each session is structured yet flexible, allowing every child to grow at their own pace while feeling safe, understood, and successful.

We focus on practical skills that children can carry into school, friendships, and everyday life — not just learning about social skills, but truly experiencing them.

Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for children who are building their social confidence, including those who may need extra support with communication, emotional regulation, flexibility, or peer interaction. It is a great fit for children who benefit from hands-on, movement-based learning in a small, supportive group setting.

Age Groups
Children are placed in small groups based on age and developmental level:

  • Ages 3–5

  • Ages 6–8

  • Ages 9–12

Each group is thoughtfully designed to match the children’s stage of development, ensuring activities are engaging, appropriate, and meaningful.
